Kanker masih menjadi penyakit yang paling mengancam umat manusia dengan jumlah penderitanya yang diprediksi mencapai 30 juta pada tahun 2020. Salah satu faktornya ialah senyawa karsinogenik Benzo[a]piren yang dihasilkan dari pembakaran tidak sempurna minyak goreng.

Cancer-Preventive Dyed Bag
Short Description
Benzocleaner products on this innovation is a "dyed bag" containing activated carbon which is able to absorb carcinogenic compound benzoapiren in the cooking process. The chemically activated carbon that is packaged in a bag of pore has diameters smaller than granules, so that the activated carbon can not get out through the sac. With an estimated price of IDR 1,200 per bag, this innovation has the economic potential to reduce the risk of cancer in Indonesia.
