Entrepreneurship Education Conclave on 12th March , 2015 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

adhwani Foundation’s National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) is pleased to invite you to a first-of-its-kind ‘Entrepreneurship Education Conclave’ in partnership with the Ministry of Skills Development, Entrepreneurship, Youth Affairs and Sports in India, Intel and the British Council (India). The Conclave is supported by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). The Entrepreneurship Education Conclave aims to spur an energetic dialogue and discussion to mainstream entrepreneurship development in academia. This includes making academia the platform to build new entrepreneurial aspiration and talent; as well as to support the development and growth of existing entrepreneurial firms in the country. Such an ambition requires a common goal and a shared agenda amongst leaders of academia, policy makers, and the entrepreneurial community.

The Conclave will feature practicing educators, mentors, coaches of entrepreneurship; Heads of Incubators, Vice Chancellors, Directors and Deans of Universities and Institutes; Bureaucrats and Policy makers. It will showcase, existing models of entrepreneurship development in academia; invite debate on short-term and long-term outcomes; present challenges that need innovative and creative solutions from leaders and policy makers; and recognize and award individuals, institutions and groups that are doing outstanding work in entrepreneurship education in academia.

 Highlights of the conclave include:

 Keynote address by the Cabinet Minister of Entrepreneurship, Government of India

• Panel discussion on ‘Strategic growth paradigm: Entrepreneurial leadership amongst the youth – the Role of Education’
• Panel discussion on ‘Innovation & Entrepreneurship on campus – Avenues for Industry – Academia engagement’
• Panel discussion on ‘The role of government in promoting entrepreneurship in Academia’
• Unconference on ‘5 top ideas – Engaging students in technology product development through campus programs’
